Our customer care systems, including the ability to manage your account, are being updated. As a result, you may notice changes in how you access your account and how you make payments. Please note that our online service will be unavailable while these updates are being implemented.

Manage your Account and Customer Care maintenance notice:
Our online portal and self-service will be unavailable starting end of day Friday, March 13 through end of day Monday, March 16. Natural gas service will be unaffected. For emergencies, call 1-877-542-2630. For billing support, please log into your account starting March 17. Thank you for your patience as we update our systems.

What won’t change?

We'll continue to deliver safe and reliable natural gas.
Your account number will stay the same and you can continue to contact us at 1-800-362-7557 for any support with your account or bill.

What action do you need to take?

Ensure that your email address is up-to-date in our system.
You'll be required to change your password once our system maintenance is complete.

What changes are coming?

Do you manage your account or view your bills online?

As part of our Manage Your Account (MYA) system update, customers will experience changes to how they log in. After the system update, your user ID will be the email address associated with your account. When you first log in after the update, you'll be required to reset your password and verify your account information. Your account number will remain the same.

Get ready. Take the following steps by March 13, 2026:

Sign in or register through our mya.enbridgegas.com portal.
Confirm the following are correct:
- Email address
- Phone number
Consider signing up for AutoPay and eBill as we’ll be migrating these over automatically.

Additionally, you will have the option to set up Multi Factor Authentication to help further protect your account information.

Do you use our mobile app?

The Dominion Energy mobile app will no longer be available starting Fri. March 13, 2026. You can continue to manage your account and view bills using our mobile-friendly website. To access your account on your mobile device:

Open your mobile browser and go to mya.enbridgegas.com - make sure to bookmark the website for easy access.
Visit mya.enbridgegas.com to sign in or register.

Do you access your bills via your bank's website?

Starting March 13, 2026, you’ll no longer be able to view a copy of your detailed Enbridge bill directly in your bank account.

Instead, you can easily view your bill and set up AutoPay through Manage Your Account (MYA). While you can still arrange AutoPay through your bank for a fixed amount, we recommend using MYA so you can see your current charges and keep everything up to date.

Get ready. Take the following steps before March 13, 2026:

Sign in or register through our mya.enbridgegas.com portal.
Enroll in AutoPay and eBill options today so you can continue to receive your bill after March.

Do you have protection plan(s) from HomeServe?

Enbridge Gas Ohio's billing service for HomeServe is ending. If you have a protection plan from HomeServe which is charged to your Enbridge Gas bill, the monthly charge will no longer appear on your bill beginning January 2026.

Keep your optional coverage from HomeServe active by visiting HomeServe's website or making one quick call to 1-833-876-9229 to update your payment method before Jan. 9, 2026.

Why can’t I keep my plan(s) from HomeServe on my Enbridge Gas Ohio bill?

Enbridge Gas Ohio has ended billing services for HomeServe as of Jan. 9, 2026.
Any HomeServe charges included on your Enbridge Gas Ohio bill will need to be billed directly by HomeServe if you’d like to keep your coverage.

What do I need to do to maintain my optional coverage from HomeServe?

You’ll need to set up direct billing with HomeServe by visiting HomeServe's website or calling 1-833-876-9229.
HomeServe will need a credit or debit card or checking account number to set up your new direct billing. When you call, you can ask them about the billing options available.

What will change when I sign up for direct bill from HomeServe?

Charges and fees for protection plans from HomeServe will be billed directly by HomeServe on your new payment method.
Protection plan costs will no longer be on your Enbridge Gas Ohio bill.
After you provide HomeServe a new payment method, HomeServe will send your new Service Agreement documents. Your coverage(s) from HomeServe will continue uninterrupted without impact to your benefits if you called before Jan. 9, 2026.
After your plan(s) restart, your coverage will be similar to or better than what you have now, and your monthly payment will remain the same. Please call HomeServe at 1-833-876-9229 for questions related to your coverage.

When do I need to sign up for direct bill from HomeServe?

You needed to visit HomeServe's website or call HomeServe before Jan. 9, 2026 to keep your HomeServe coverage.

What if I have already been billed for my plan(s) from HomeServe this month?

If you see a HomeServe charge on your Enbridge Gas Ohio bill, it’s likely for last month’s plan fee. Going forward, HomeServe will charge your new payment method directly for the current month’s plan fee. If you have any questions, please contact HomeServe at 1-833-876-9229.

I’m not sure if I have coverage from HomeServe. How can I find out if I’m enrolled?

Energy Share is now Heat Care
We’ve updated the name of our energy assistance program to Heat Care Program to better reflect its purpose.

The program itself hasn’t changed—no action is required on your part.
Heat Care Program continues to support individuals facing financial hardship, including challenges like unemployment or family crises.

Do you pay your bills by mail?

Where you send your payments is changing. Starting Tues. March 17 please use the payment coupon and return envelope enclosed with your bill. If you are sending your payment without the coupon or return envelope, please mail your payments to the following address:
