How to pay your bill

 Pre-authorized payment

Enjoy the convenience of pre-authorized payments.

Sign up and your balance due will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the day before your due date.

Fill out our pre-authorized payment form and mail it in to us or call us at 1-877-362-7434 to sign up.

 

 Credit card payment

Pay your Enbridge bill by credit card using KUBRA EZ-PAY. MasterCard, VISA or VISA Debit are accepted.

A charge of 1.75% of the total payment will apply and will appear as a separate item on your credit card statement. The payment amount cannot exceed $5,000 and you are responsible for ensuring that Enbridge receives your payment on time.

To complete your payment, sign up for an online account with KUBRA EZ-PAY, and have your credit card details, payment amount and Enbridge Gas account number.

 Online banking

You can pay your Enbridge bill directly from your bank through your online banking website:

 Standard mail

Send a cheque or money order (no cash), along with the bottom, tear-off portion of your bill to:

Cheques should be made payable to "Enbridge" and include your account number on the front of your cheque.

 Pay in person

Drop off payment at any of the locations below. Cash and debit transactions are not accepted at these offices.

Low-income energy assistance program

Low-income energy consumers having trouble paying their bills may qualify for Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) emergency relief to avoid having their service disconnected.

LEAP provides emergency relief with a one-time financial grant of up to $500 for eligible low-income customers. This amount is applied directly to your gas bill and will vary based on account circumstances.

To apply for LEAP contact: There is no more funding available for this program for 2018. Additional funding will be available in 2019.
