Effective November 19, 2017, if you are an existing GetConnected or Customer Inquiry users, check your email for new login activation instructions. If you have not received an email, check your spam or junk mail folder prior to contacting the Attachment Centre at 1-866-772-1045, option 4.

To register for GetConnected:
Navigate to the register page. If you are logging in for the first time, you'll need to enter an email address, your first and last name. We will send you an activation email to complete your registration.

To register for Customer Inquiry:
Navigate to the register page. If you are logging in for the first time, you'll need to enter an email address, your first and last name. We will send you an activation email to complete your registration.

Your username is the unique email address that you provided during sign up process.

Navigate to the login page, click on the Forgot/Change Password link, provide your email address and a link will be sent to your mailbox to reset your password.
