Getting an Appliance Inspected and a Meter Activated

Once the supply line, meter and all natural gas appliances have been installed into properties converted from another fuel source or commercial buildings, contact us and we'll get the gas flowing.

Follow these steps to make sure everything's ready:

  1. Get the site ready for inspection - read our inspection guidelines.
  2. Contact us to make an appointment at 1-877-362-7434.
  3. We'll perform the inspection and activate your meter.
  4. If the site fails our inspection, we'll leave an inspection reject form and an invoice will be issued for the visit. If a warning tag is issued and a follow-up visit is required, an invoice will be issued for the visit.
  5. You'll then have 30 days to fix the problem. When you're finished, contact us for a re-inspection.
