Set up a new Enbridge Gas Account for Large Volume Businesses

If you are opening or relocating your business to a property where natural gas is installed but you have never had an Enbridge Gas account in the past, please complete and submit the Open New Enbridge Account form on this page. The information requested on the form is required to set up your billing account and to schedule turning on the gas service at your new address.

About your First Bill

On the first bill for your new address, you'll see a one-time service fee of $25. This charge covers a portion of the expenses associated with setting up your new account. As well, Enbridge reserves the right to request a security deposit from new customers.

New Enbridge Account for Large Business Customers

Use this form if natural gas is already installed at the property. If a new natural gas service needs to be installed, please contact our Customer Connections Contact Centre at 1-888-427-8888.

By submitting this form we hereby confirm that you have agreed that you have the authority to set up this new account. In addition, you also confirm that all Enbridge invoices related to this account will be paid.
