Resolve a dispute

The Ombuds Office is an office of last resort within Enbridge Gas. A customer must follow the company’s complaint processes before turning to the Ombuds Office. Any submission that has not followed the complaint process or is a general question/complaint will not receive a response.

Complaint process:

  1. Call Customer Care at 1-877-362-7434 to resolve your concerns or questions.
  2. If a representative is unable to resolve your concern, your next step is to ask Customer Care to have a supervisor contact you.
  3. Once you have spoken with a supervisor and you still feel that your inquiry has not been resolved, submit a complaint/case/request with the Ombuds Office.
