Bill Payment Options

There are many ways that you can pay your Enbridge bill. Choose the method that’s most convenient for you.

  • Pre-Authorized Payment
Sign up for our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan and your amount due will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the day before late payment penalties would otherwise apply. With Pre-Authorized Payments, you'll never miss a payment and you'll still receive statements.

You can now sign up for Pre-Authorized Payment with ease - you no longer have to fill out a paper application and mail it in. All you have to do is register for myEnbridge, or sign in to your existing myEnbridge account, go to your Billing Options & Services and select the Pre-Authorized Payments Plan.
  • Credit Card Payment
You can pay by MasterCard online through Paymentus Corporation, our payment processing provider. Please be aware that:

    • You will need your payment information, including your Enbridge account number, MasterCard details and payment amount.
    • You will pay Paymentus Corporation a service fee (an additional $2.85 per $150 paid on your Enbridge account); this will appear as a separate item on your credit card bill in addition to the amount paid on your Enbridge account.
    • You need to click on "Make Payment" on the Paymentus website, after all of the requested information is entered.
    • You will be provided with a confirmation number if the transaction is successful.

    Visit the Paymentus Corporation website.
  • Paperless Billing
Many customers have made the switch to Paperless Billing. It’s convenient, secure, saves paper, and you get all of your records in one place.

To make the process even smoother, you can combine your paperless billing with our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan.
  • Local Bank
You can pay your bill through your bank, or on your bank's website. For a fee, you can also use Western Union.
  • Standard Mail
Prefer paying by mail? You can send a cheque or money order (no cash please), along with the bottom tear-off portion of your bill, to:

    Enbridge
    PO Box 644

Please make your cheque payable to "Enbridge" and write your account number on the front.

Late Penalties and Collection Notices

If you're not using Pre-Authorized Payments, please note your bill is due when it is received. To avoid late payment charges and service cut-offs, pay your bill promptly and be sure to allow seven days for your payment to reach our office and to be processed, when paying by mail, and two to three business days when paying online or at your bank.

If circumstances (such as job loss, illness or injury) prevent you from paying on time, please tell us so that we can help you make alternative payment arrangements.

And if you receive a collection notice from us, please call the number noted right away. We can solve most problems with a simple discussion.
