Enbridge offers a number of billing services that you may find useful in managing your household expenses. These include:


Budget billing plan

Even out your payments throughout the year to help you better manage your household budget with the Budget Billing Plan.


Pre-authorized payment plan

With the Pre-Authorized Plan, you can automate the payments from your bank account so you never miss a payment. You still get a statement.


Golden age service

If you're a residential customer 65 years of age or older, sign up for our Golden Age Service for special benefits.

Third-party notification

Third-Party Notification lets a third party, like a family member or friend, assist with payment arrangements. If you have health or language problems, or are often away from home, this program can help you avoid missed payments.


Braille bill and TTY service

You can request to receive your bill in Braille. If you have a hearing or speech impairment and use a Teletypewriter (TTY) device, you can communicate with us through Bell Canada's Relay Service.
