Submit your move online. Before you start, you'll need:

  • Your new address. Check to make sure your new address is within our service area. If you're not sure, use the postal code look up tool on the right.
  • Your move in and move out dates.

Time to complete 2 to 5 minutes

Check whether your property has natural gas installed. If your property needs natural gas service installed, call our Customer Connections Contact Centre at 1-888-427-8888. An expansion surcharge may apply depending on the address, visit for more information.
