What changes were made?
Do you use the Dominion Energy mobile app to access your Enbridge Gas account?
Enbridge Gas customers will no longer be able to access their accounts through the Dominion Energy mobile app. You can continue to manage your account and view bills using our mobile-friendly website.

Do you receive email from Enbridge Gas?
In April 2026, our customer newsletter, emails and bills will come from enbridgegas.com instead of dominionenergy.com.
To ensure you receive important emails from us, please add enbridgegas.com to your email client’s safe sender list.
Do you pay your bills by mail?
Where you send your payments has changed on Monday, April 13, 2026. To ensure your mailed payments are received in a timely manner, please include the bottom portion of your bill and return envelope enclosed with your bill.
If you choose to send your payment without the payment coupon or return envelope, please mail your payments to the following address:

Have you received a message saying the website was blocked or that “your request has been interrupted by Enbridge security policy"?
If so, please follow the steps below so we can help resolve the issue:
- Copy the Transaction ID shown in the message in its entirety.
- Visit our Contact Us page.
- Select “Customer Support” from the Select topic drop down box.
- Paste the full Transaction ID into the message box.
- Include your contact information and submit the form.
Our team will review your request and work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
