The ThermWise Energy Pledge Program is a free pilot program (2025 - 2028) for residential customers who wish to conserve natural gas and save money on their natural gas bills. Pledge program participants will be eligible for great prizes and informative tips throughout the year.
Once logged in, click on the ThermWise link at the top and then click on the Energy Pledge icon. Fill out the form and click PLEDGE.
What can I expect when I sign up for ThermWise Energy Pledge?

Regular text messages as a reminder of your commitment.

Monthly status reports.

End-of-year customer report following the commitment to help you track your pledge progress.

Prize drawings throughout the duration of the program. No purchase necessary.

You are a residential customer and striving to reduce natural gas consumption.

You are willing to receive monthly communications via email or text from Enbridge Gas.

Are consuming at least 50 dekatherms of natural gas annually.

Have at least 12 months of continuous usage at their residence.

Have a web self-service login.
The ThermWise Energy Pledge is based on one home per customer and you have to be living in the same residence to be considered for the program. If you feel that this program does not adequately meet your needs, you may opt out of the program at any time.
