We work with many builders in Utah, Wyoming and Idaho, from large commercial and industrial companies to residential owners and builders — to install new service lines and main extensions for natural gas service. We provide service to new construction as well as existing homes and businesses needing new or updated services.

  • Enbridge is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repairs of the mainline and service line.
  • Customers are responsible for maintenance and repairs for the house line (after the meter).

Our standard meter location is 3 feet back from the front corner opposite of the garage.

For service line removal, pre-evaluations (moving a service line, up-sizing service line, up-sizing meter due to the addition of appliances to existing loads), meter set, stopping of monthly gas services, or transferring of services from one location to another, call Customer Care at 1-800-323-5517, they can also help to verify if there is natural gas in your area.
