Enbridge Gas Ohio's billing service for HomeServe has ended. If you have a protection plan from HomeServe which is charged to your Enbridge Gas bill, the monthly charge will no longer appear on your bill as of Jan. 9, 2026.

Any HomeServe charges included on your Enbridge Gas Ohio bill will need to be billed directly by HomeServe if you’d like to keep your coverage.
- You’ll need to set up direct billing with HomeServe by visiting HomeServe's website or calling 1-833-876-9229.
- HomeServe will need a credit or debit card or checking account number to set up your new direct billing. When you call, you can ask them about the billing options available.
- Charges and fees for protection plans from HomeServe will be billed directly by HomeServe on your new payment method.
- Protection plan costs will no longer be on your Enbridge Gas Ohio bill.
- After you provide HomeServe a new payment method, HomeServe will send your new Service Agreement documents. Your coverage(s) from HomeServe will continue uninterrupted without impact to your benefits if you called before Jan. 9, 2026.
- After your plan(s) restart, your coverage will be similar to or better than what you have now, and your monthly payment will remain the same. Please call HomeServe at 1-833-876-9229 for questions related to your coverage.
