Did you receive an email from bank?
You may have received an email from your banking institution that supports the option for you to view your Enbridge Gas Ohio bill in your online banking system.
This is a legitimate e-mail. While your full billing statement isn’t viewable within online banking, you can still access it anytime through EnbridgeGas.com. You can also set up Auto Pay directly with Enbridge Gas.

What changes were made?
Do you manage your account or view your bills online?
As part of our Manage Your Account (MYA) system update, customers will experience changes to how they log in. Your user ID is now the email address associated with your account. When you first log in after the update, you'll be required to reset your password and verify your account information. Your account number remains the same. Please watch the video below if you need help signing in after the update.
Do you use our mobile app?
The Dominion Energy mobile app is no longer available. You can continue to manage your account and view bills using our mobile-friendly website. To access your account on your mobile device:
- Open your mobile browser and go to mya.enbridgegas.com - make sure to bookmark the website for easy access.
- Visit mya.enbridgegas.com to sign in or register.
Do you access your bills via your bank's website?
You’re no longer be able to view a copy of your detailed Enbridge bill directly in your bank account.
Instead, you can easily view your bill and set up AutoPay through Manage Your Account (MYA). While you can still arrange AutoPay through your bank for a fixed amount, we recommend using MYA so you can see your current charges and keep everything up to date.
- Sign in or register through our mya.enbridgegas.com portal.
- Enroll in AutoPay and eBill options today so you can continue to receive your bill.
Do you have protection plan(s) from HomeServe?
Enbridge Gas Ohio's billing service for HomeServe has ended. If you have a protection plan from HomeServe, you won’t see any new charges on your Enbridge Gas Ohio bill as of Jan. 9, 2026.
If you have any questions about your optional coverage from HomeServe, you can call 1-833-876-9229 to speak with a HomeServe representative.

If you see a HomeServe charge on your Enbridge Gas Ohio bill, it’s likely for last month’s plan fee. Going forward, HomeServe will charge your new payment method directly for the current month’s plan fee. If you have any questions, please contact HomeServe at 1-833-876-9229.

The program itself hasn’t changed—no action is required on your part.
Heat Care Program continues to support individuals facing financial hardship, including challenges like unemployment or family crises.
Do you pay your bills by mail?
Where you send your payments is changing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. To ensure your mailed payments are received in a timely manner, please include the bottom portion of your bill and return envelope enclosed with your bill.
If you choose to send your payment without the payment coupon or return envelope, please note the new mailing address for residential customer payments: .
