AutoPay, draft and credit card payments
- Customers currently enrolled in eDraft/Bank draft do not need to take any action. No changes are required.
- Customers signed up for automatic recurring credit or debit card payments will need to re-establish those payments when logging into your account for the first time after the updates are complete, as we’ll be transitioning to a new payment processing provider.
- Credit card payments may include a processing fee.
- Customers will no longer be able to select their bank draft date.
