Important updates for Enbridge Gas North Carolina customers

• If you’re enrolled in eDraft / bank draft payments, no action is required.
• Your selected due dates may have changed. Review your bill carefully as payments will now be withdrawn on your bill due date.
• Fee: $0.00

• If you're enrolled in recurring credit or debit card payments, you'll be unenrolled as we transition to a new payment processing provider. We'll send you an email confirming unenrollment.
• You'll need to re-establish your automatic card payments prior to the due date on your next bill. Or, you can pay your bill using a different method. We'll email you re-enrollment instructions on August 10.
• Supported payment methods will include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and newer options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.
• Fee: $3.50 per transaction (before August 10) and $2.15 after August 10 may apply. Fees may be waived by enrolling in eBill.

Customers who prefer to manually manage payments will have several options:

One-time payments online:

• You will need to create an account with the new payment vendor (ACI) to make a one-time payment.
• Fee: $2.15 fee may apply. Fees may be waived by enrolling in eBill.

Telephone payments:

• A phone number for our new payment vendor ACI, will be provided after August 10.
• Fee: $2.15 per transaction may apply. Fees may be waived by enrolling in eBill.

Bank bill pay services:

• You can continue paying your bill through your financial institution as usual.
• Your account number will change to a new 10-digit format. While payments using your existing 13-digit account number will continue to work, you are encouraged to update your account number to avoid delays or disruptions.
• Fee: $0.00

You will no longer be able to view your detailed Enbridge Gas North Carolina bill within your bank’s website.  Register for My Account to view your full bill details online.

Walk-in payments will continue to be available at authorized payment locations.

• Keep your payment confirmation number for reporting urgent payments.
• Fee: $0.00 at authorized locations (unauthorized locations may charge fees)

If you pay by mail:

• Continue sending a check or money order, including your remittance coupon and account number
• The P.O. Box for mailed payments will change
• Updated payment addresses will be shared prior to the transition
• Fee: $0.00
