These Conditions of Service detail Enbridge Gas' operating practices and conditions applicable to customers taking service under a general service rate schedule, and form part of our commitment to providing our customers with safe and reliable gas services.
Our Conditions of Service include information on account administration including rates and conditions, billing procedures and payment plan options. It also references the regulations and codes which govern the services Enbridge Gas provides. These include safety and inspection requirements as well as roles and responsibilities.
Conditions of Service documents by service territory:
- For former Enbridge Gas Distribution customers - effective Feb. 1, 2024.
- For former Union Gas customers - effective Feb. 1, 2024.
NEW Our Conditions of Service has been updated and our newly harmonized version is below. This new version will take effect on June 1, 2026, and replace the two documents above.
