Appliance safety violation notice
Enbridge Gas will provide copies of the Safety Violation Form that must be completed and emailed to us for reporting a gas appliance or equipment found in an unacceptable condition to licensed certified gas technicians.
You can access this form through:
- Order online and Enbridge Gas will ship to your address. This could take up to 10 business days.
- Download a copy for immediate use.
- Email the completed form to safety.london@enbridge.com. Be sure to include the complete address and city in your subject line.
