We’ve made it as convenient and easy as possible for both residential and business customers to pay their energy bills; take a look below and see which way best meets your needs. Consider enrolling in eBill to receive your bill details directly to your email inbox and pay from your computer or your phone.
Ways to pay your Enbridge Gas bill
Important notice: This service is changing August 4. If you are trying to schedule a payment beyond that date you will need to return after August 10 to schedule your payment.
One-time online payment
Important notice:
New customers: New enrollments for recurring payments will not be available starting July 6. One-time payments will be available until August 5.
Existing recurring payment customers: You will be unenrolled from this service during the month of July. Your payment for July will not be impacted. You will receive an email communication from us when unenrolled.
Starting August 10, you will be able to re-enroll in recurring credit/debit payments through My Account with our new payment vendor, ACI.

Use Paymentus with a credit or debit card to easily make a one-time payment, or enroll in AutoPay for automatic monthly payments.
- $3.50 fee per transaction charged by Paymentus*.
- One-time payments post immediately. AutoPay payments post 10 days prior to the bill due date.
- Credit or debit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. PayPal is accepted as a digital payment method, but only for one-time payments.
* The fee can be waived if paperless. Additional restrictions may apply.

One-time guest payment
Use a third party (Paymentus)* to make a one-time payment as a guest.
- $3.50 fee per transaction charged by Paymentus.
- Payments post to your account immediately.
- Credit or debit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. PayPal is accepted as a digital payment method, but only for one-time payments.

When you make your payment, you may see either Dominion Energy or Enbridge Gas on the payment portal. We thank you for your patience as we continue to transition to the Enbridge Gas name.
Important notice: AutoPay customers will no longer be able to choose your payment withdrawal date. On future bills with our new look and feel, the payment date will be the due date shown on your bill. Visit enbridgegas.com/nc-update for more information.
Create a recurring automatic monthly bank draft payment online from your checking or savings account (AutoPay).
- There's no fee to make an online payment.
