Ways to pay your Enbridge Gas bill
Important notice: We have transitioned to a new payment processing vendor, ACI.
One-time online payment through our My Account system
Log in to My Account to make a one-time online payment via ACI.
- $2.15 fee per transaction charged by ACI*
- One-time payments made before 4:45 p.m. ET on a business day will post to your account on the same business day. Payments made after 4:45 p.m. ET (or on weekends or holidays) will post to your account the following business day.
*The fee can be waived if paperless. Additional restrictions apply.

- Credit or debit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo are accepted as digital payment methods.

Important notice: AutoPay customers can no longer choose their payment withdrawal date. The payment date will be the due date shown on your bill. Visit enbridgegas.com/nc-update for more information.
Create a recurring automatic monthly bank draft payment online from your checking or savings account (AutoPay).
- There's no fee to make an online payment.
- Payments post to your account in time for the due date.
