Ways to pay your Enbridge Gas bill
Important notice: This service is changing August 4. If you are trying to schedule a payment beyond that date you will need to return after August 10 to schedule your payment.
Securely pay your bill online from the convenience of your office or home.
One -time online payment through our My Account system
Make a one-time payment online from your checking or savings account (ePay).
- There's no fee to make a one-time online payment.
- Payments post to your account immediately.
- Pay now or schedule a payment for a future date.
Important notice:
New customers: New enrollments for recurring payments will not be available starting July 6. One-time payments will be available until August 5.
Existing recurring payment customers: You will be unenrolled from this service during the month of July. Your payment for July will not be impacted. You will receive an email communication from us when unenrolled.
Starting August 10, you will be able to re-enroll in recurring credit/debit payments through My Account with our new payment vendor, ACI.

Use our third party (Paymentus) to easily make a one-time payment with your credit or debit card.
- A $3.50 transaction fee will apply (charged by Paymentus).

- Credit or Debit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. PayPal is accepted as a digital payment method, but only for one-time payments.
Important notice: AutoPay customers will no longer be able to choose your payment withdrawal date. On future bills with our new look and feel, the payment date will be the due date shown on your bill. Visit enbridgegas.com/nc-update for more information.
Create a recurring automatic monthly bank draft payment online from your checking or savings account (eDraft).
- There's no fee for eDraft.
- Payments post to your account in time for the due date.
Pay via EDI Network – electronic transfer (approved EDI software and systems are required).
- There's no fee to pay using EDI.
- Payments post to your account the next business day.
