What's the New Account Charge

When customers open a new account they pay this one-time fee of $25 (plus tax). It covers the cost of your account and meter setup, providing your home with reliable natural gas.

What's the Monthly Customer Charge?

All customers pay this recurring monthly amount that covers meter readings, equipment maintenance and 24/7 emergency response.

What are the ‘Charges from Other Companies’ on my bill?

In your home, you may have some appliances (like a water heater) that are a rental service.
To help keep you organized, we show all of these services on your Enbridge Gas bill. However, the charges are not from Enbridge Gas so if you have questions, please contact the company directly. Their number can be found on last page of your bill beside the charges.
