Enbridge Gas customers can authorize third parties to access data relating to their energy usage, billing and/or account information from Enbridge Green Button Platform. When the third parties receive authorization from the customers, they will be able to access the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and obtain the authorized customer data via the API response.
Become a third party for Enbridge Gas customers
Enbridge Gas will review your application and advise if there is additional information required. You can review your application status at any time. You will receive an email when your application has been approved or rejected.
Upon approval, you will receive an email with your credentials and onboarding instructions. You will need to complete testing to verify you are able to connect to our systems.
A confirmation email will be sent once testing has been successfully completed. In order to begin retrieving customer data, you will need to get authorization from customers.
