Submit a natural gas application for a new service or additional meter using our online GetConnected portal. Enbridge Gas will contact you to coordinate the installation once the accurately completed gas application is processed.

To assist in the submission of your GetConnected application, a list of common requirements has been provided below:

  1. Environmental sensitivities
  2. Easements (Lawyer information will be required)
  3. Contact information for Land Developer and/or Civil Consultant
  4. General site plan
  5. Hydro drawing
  6. Gas load requirements
  7. Accurate unit numbering (if applicable)

As the project progresses, additional information may be required such as:

  1. Mechanical drawing
  2. Elevation drawing
  3. Floor plan with units identified
  4. Site servicing plan
  5. Utility road profile
  6. Alcove/external regulator room drawing
