Instant savings on home upgrades

1. Terms and conditions apply. Incentive offers are subject to change based on budget availability. Incentives cannot exceed 100 percent of the project cost (including HST) and are capped at: $100,000 per project for fixed incentive offer, $250,000 per project for general Commercial Custom projects, and $500,000 per project for Institutional and Industrial (including Agricultural) Custom projects. High-volume projects (more than 10 units) and/or multiple projects at the same site will be reviewed individually for incentive approval. Incentive offers are available from July 31, 2025, to December 31, 2026. To receive an incentive, the applicant must obtain approval of a completed Sarnia Saves Commercial & Industrial Application Form along with proof of purchase (invoice preferred) that matches the installation address, and a project quote. These must be submitted to Enbridge Gas or its approved delivery agent prior to purchasing, installing and implementing a project for which an incentive is being claimed. The project quote or invoice must include separate line items for each energy-efficient equipment and installation cost for which an incentive is being claimed. The Form must be submitted to Enbridge Gas at the time of application and no later than December 31, 2026. Like-for-like replacement of equipment does not qualify unless agreed to in writing by Enbridge Gas. Enbridge Gas is not responsible for lost mail or mail disruptions. Applicable to Enbridge Gas non-contract rate class customers located within the City of Sarnia, Village of Point Edward and Brights Grove (N7S, N7V, N7W, N7X, N7T, N0N 1C0).
2. Any references to energy efficiency or energy savings are based on the assumption that the participant is reducing their natural gas consumption through participation in Enbridge Gas programs.
3. Customers who choose to work with a contractor outside of the Enbridge Gas network must submit the project quote for approval before starting the installation. Incentive is available through the rebate option.
4. Hybrid rooftop units are not eligible for 100% equipment and installation coverage. Incentive amounts for this measure range from $1,000 to $8,000 based on the heating capacity (kBtu/hr) of the unit, with up to 50 percent of eligible project costs covered. Incentive is available through the rebate option.
