Will emergency services be provided during this time?
Yes. Emergency and high priority services will continue to be provided as usual by calling 1-866-763-5427. Safety information is also provided at enbridgegas.com/safety.
Why won’t I be able to sign-in or access My Account?
We will be experiencing a planned online system maintenance period starting 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10 through 8 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14. As a result, you will not be able to access your account information during this period.
Can I use cozE instead?
No. CozE, our virtual assistant, will also be unavailable during the maintenance period. CozE will be back online Oct. 14.
What if I need to pay my bill during the planned downtime?
The Pay My Bill function will not be available in My Account during the planned maintenance. All other bill payment options (online banking, etc.) will not be impacted.
Can I schedule a service appointment?
Booking of service appointments will continue until October 10 at 7:30 p.m. Booking future service appointments will not resume until Oct. 14 at 8 a.m.
Will my previously scheduled service appointment between Oct. 11 and Oct. 14 still be completed?
Yes. All appointments scheduled for completion will take place as scheduled.
I’m moving soon. What should I do?
If you are moving soon, please submit your move details through My Account before Oct. 10 at 7:30 p.m. to let us know the details. We will not be able to take new requests during the planned system maintenance. Move requests will return to normal on Oct. 14 at 8 a.m.
When will normal service resume?
We look forward to resuming regular services on Oct. 14. Please be aware, our call centre may experience longer than usual wait times once we resume full service.
