Property claims related to meter reading: Submit your claim as soon as possible and within 30 days. Delays in submitting a claim may make it difficult to review evidence and investigate the damage.

Safety violation gas leak disputes: For disputes related to a gas leak safety violation, Enbridge Gas requires confirmation that the same leak detection device was used by your hired HVAC. Results obtained using alternative leak detection methods or tools will not be considered when assessing a gas leak dispute. Please note: that Enbridge typically uses a manometer device for leak detection.
