Rate 25 service is an interruptible service for commercial or industrial customers who can interrupt (shut off) their natural gas service without impact to daily operations. Customers must have a minimum interruptible Contract Demand (daily consumption) of 3,000 m3/day if they contract solely for Rate 25 service. A Rate 25 interruptible service can also be paired with a firm Rate 20 or firm Rate 100 service. Rate 25 customers are required to sign a distribution contract with Enbridge Gas.
