A free home energy assessment shows you how your home uses energy and reveals the upgrades you need to improve its energy efficiency, reduce drafts and air leaks, and improve air quality. Following the assessment1, participants will receive a customized upgrade plan and a custom energy report. An eligible insulation upgrade is required to participate.

A trusted program delivery agent will follow up to confirm you and your home qualify and schedule an initial home energy assessment.
Get a customized plan
After your assessment is complete, you’ll receive an energy report, a custom upgrade plan and a quote with the rebates already applied.
Receive your upgrades
Once you approve the quote, a program-approved contractor will install your upgrades.
Schedule a follow-up assessment
After your upgrades are installed, the program delivery agent will complete a follow-up assessment of your home's energy efficiency.

1 To qualify for multiple upgrades, you must complete pre-and post-upgrade home energy assessments. Windows, doors, skylights and sliding doors, heat pump water heaters and draft proofing must be done in conjunction with an eligible insulation measure.
2 If you choose to work with your own contractor on multiple upgrades, you will be required to pay upfront costs and submit a project quote for approval of rebate amounts. Once the eligible upgrades are installed, you will receive rebates through a process facilitated by the delivery agent.
