With a core value of safety, Enbridge Gas continues its focus on implementing cybersecurity measures to protect our customer’s confidential information and our safe, secure and reliable operations. As of September 12, 2022, we are extending our cybersecurity efforts to GetConnected and HVAC Portal, requiring all GetConnected and HVAC Portal users to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) as part of the log in process.

MFA security will help protect confidential customer information, and our network, from unauthorized access if a user’s password is compromised. When launched, every GetConnected and HVAC Portal user will log in and will be prompted to enter a code before accessing their information.

Setting up your GetConnected or HVAC Portal MFA profile

As an added security measure, all GetConnected or HVAC Portal users are required to set up a multi-factor authentication (MFA) profile as part of the GetConnected or HVAC Portal log in process.
