Customers can contract to purchase their own natural gas supply (direct purchase option) in the EGD, Union North and Union South delivery zones.
Direct purchase customers can choose to purchase their natural gas supply directly from a supplier or enter into an agreement with a retail energy marketer or broker who will purchase the natural gas supply on their behalf.
To be a direct purchase customer, you must deliver your required natural gas supply to Enbridge Gas.
